2. Pricing
2.1 Prices for products are clearly displayed on the initial search page next to the image of the product you are viewing.
2.2 The prices shown include VAT at 20%.
2.3 Prices do not include delivery unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Theatre Network does not pass on any surcharges for transactions.
2.5 Although measures are put in place to prevent miscalculations, they can still happen. If this is the case then Theatre Network has no obligation to provide or accept the order placed. You will be contacted on the telephone and or email address provided if there are any mistakes in pricing for the product, gift-wrap or delivery/carriage.

3. Transactions
3.1 We accept most major credit and debit cards.
3.2 Theatre Network will debit your account once the order is received. It may take up to 24 hours before you are debited.
3.3 If there is a problem with the card information supplied we will contact you on the telephone number provided asking for clarification of the details provided.
3.4 If the telephone number provided is not active, incorrect or is deemed out of use by the line provider, then we will put your order on hold until contact is made by yourself by calling the number stated in section 1.4, emailing the address stated in section 1.4 or writing using the details given in section 1.3.
3.5 All transactions received through the Theatre Network website using either of the domains stated in section 1.1 are received though a secure connection.
3.6 There is no contract held between the consumer and Theatre Network when an order is placed online until accepted by Theatre Network.
3.7 For both security and legal reasons you may be contacted to prove your age and or identity. If you purchase a DVD that is intended for audience over the age of 12 you will be contacted by phone and or email provided by yourself in the order process. Your order will not be accepted until some method of contact is made between Theatre Network and yourself.

4. Delivery
4.1 The majority of the products stocked require a £2.00 delivery charge, however other larger items may require a £15.00 carriage charge. Free delivery, when offered is a promotion and available all year round.
4.2 The delivery charges are set charges for that transaction only. The number of items ordered at that given time will be included in one overall charge. Examples are given below (in sections 4.2.1 and 4.2.2)
4.2.1 Example One - If there are 6 items ordered that are under the £2.00 delivery category then you will only pay £2.00 for the delivery of all the items.
4.2.2 Example Two – If there are six items ordered, two are in the £15.00 delivery category, and the remaining four are in the £2.00 delivery category then you will only pay £15.00 for the delivery for all the items for that order.
4.3 If Theatre Network does not have all of your products in stock we may decide to dispatch them in two batches. If this happens you will not be charged twice for delivery.
4.4 It may take up to 28 days for dispatch of your order, however orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
4.5 Theatre Network does not hold any responsibility for any delays caused by The Royal Mail or courier delivering your order.
4.6 If you place an order and the items are out of stock they will be ordered in, however if The Royal Mail delays the stock items then Theatre Network can not be held responsible for the delay caused.

5. Cancellations
5.1 You have 10 working days to cancel your order from the day the order was placed.
5.2 If you have received the order within 10 working days you must take reasonable care while the product(s) are in your procession.
5.3 If you have received the product(s) and you have adhered to section 5.2 then you will need to complete the returns form available at the Theatre Network website (address stated in section 1.1) or by calling the number in section 1.4, sending an email to the address in section 1.4 or writing to the address in section 1.3.

6. Returns
6.1 If you have received your order and wish to return the product(s) sent then you will need to return it with a returns form. Information about how to obtain a form can be found in section 5.3
6.2 Theatre Network will offer either a full refund or exchange the returned product(s) providing conditions are adhered to in subsections for 6.2
6.2.1 Returned to the address in section 1.3 with all postage paid.
6.2.2 Received within 14 days of delivery
6.2.3 Have attached or enclosed a returns form. (Follow information in section 5.3 on how to obtain a copy)
6.2.4 Received in a merchantable quality
6.3 It is your responsibility to retain a copy of postage from the Post Office

7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Theatre Network is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
All information will be held and used only for the purposes stated below and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
7.2 We may collect the following information for either processing orders or conducting surveys.
7.2.1 Name
7.2.2 Contact information including email address
7.2.3 Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
7.2.4 Other information relevant to surveys and/or offers
7.2.5 Card information
7.3 In card information used to receive payment for orders stated above in subsection 7.2.5 will not be stored and only used to process the order placed.
7.4 We may use the information we collect for any of the following –

7.5 Theatre Network uses cookies to enhance your experience when you visit our site. Cookies are tiny text files which are stored on your computer which allows our website to remember for example, which items were in your shopping basket last time you purchased from us.

12.1 Certain images on Theatre Networks website are copy written. The copyright is not always held by Theatre Network, but by a third party where we have been given permission to use the images for advertising, cosmetic, and/or promotional purposes. Any forbidden use of copy written images may result in legal action.
